No fee will be charged for refunds that are initiated by hair2staybyms.e. We are not responsible for Crowns that do not fit as a result of wrong measurements. If there is an issue with the construction of your Crown, please contact management at michelleechols1128@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving your Crown. You must send photos if there is an issue. All crowns will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are home to sign. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
